To be honest, I couldn’t tell you how many of these statements I’ve drafted over the years.
 
I was on my way to work this morning, thinking about the rock wall that was eagerly awaiting my arrival, thinking I'd rather just drive the extra ten minutes down to the beach and spend the day there. Tough decisions. Is there such a thing as a false move?
 
I’ve been making sculptures since my teens. It's extremely cathartic. The past ten years or so have been spent trying to make objects that will last the test of time. As of right now, all I'm really interested in is making objects that will break down. Gently.
 
There are a few recent experiences that deserve mentioning. A residency at the Sanskriti Foundation in New Delhi, learning the lost wax casting process as a foundry hand for Crawford's Casting, and the nine months I spent living and working on a dairy farm in Northern NSW.
